These terms govern your use of Connecktor (www.connecktor.com), operated by Elvora AI Technology (“we”, “us”). By creating a page, booking a call or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Connecktor.

Connecktor is a platform that lets creators publish a booking page and sell paid one-to-one video calls, and lets their followers (“guests”) book and pay for them. We provide the booking page, payment collection and the video room. The session itself — its content and any advice given — is between the creator and the guest. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on Connecktor: in profiles and page text, in booking questions, in chat messages and images, and in anything said, shown or done during a video call.
Sexual and adult content. Connecktor is not for adult content or services of any kind. This includes:
Child sexual abuse material. Any content that sexualises or exploits a person under 18 is prohibited without exception. We have zero tolerance for it and we report it.
Other illegal content and conduct, including anything that breaks Indian law, such as:
We treat breaches of section 6 as serious, and act without warning. Depending on the breach, we will do any or all of the following:
For sexual content involving a child, or content showing someone without their consent, there is no second chance: the account is banned permanently and reported.
A guest who behaves this way on a call forfeits the booking, with no refund, and is banned from booking again. A creator may end such a call at once.
If you see anything that breaks these rules, email [email protected] with the subject “Report”, the creator’s page link or the booking reference, and what happened. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours. We act on reports of intimate images shared without consent within 24 hours, and on other reports as quickly as we can and always within 15 days.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112. To report cyber crime, call 1930 or visit cybercrime.gov.in.
Connecktor does not record calls. Neither side may record, screenshot or share a call, or anything shown in it, without the other’s clear consent.
We may change, suspend or end any part of the service. We may refuse or remove any page or content we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law. The Connecktor name, logo and site belong to us. Creators keep the rights to their own content and give us permission to display it to run the service.
The service is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for what is said or done in a session, or for any advice given in one. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid or received through Connecktor in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to compensate us for any loss we suffer because you broke these terms or the law.
You can close your account at any time by writing to us. We can suspend or close it as described in section 7, or if you otherwise break these terms. Sections 6, 7, 11 and 13 continue to apply after an account is closed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of India. Before going to court, please write to us — most problems can be sorted out quickly.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell creators by email before it takes effect. Using Connecktor after a change means you accept it.
Questions, complaints and grievances go to our Grievance Officer, Connecktor at [email protected]. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
